She was so helpful on the phone, checking to see if they had what I was looking for, and setting options aside for me, and then showing me various wreaths when I arrived. I wasn't home when these unexpected flowers arrived. I got 2 phone calls letting me know where they were being left, that the ambient temp was ok to leave them and please don't hesitate to call if I had any issue. They're lovely and I am very happy with the flowers and service.

I had a fantastic experience with Ward’s florist! Not only was the arrangement gorgeous for my Aunt’s 70th birthday, but the delivery man went above and beyond to deliver it to her when she was not home. I would absolutely use Ward’s anytime I’m in need of flowers! Thank you!!

Love this place. This is my go-to need-flowers-quick spot. The folks working here are also super friendly and helpful. Everything in the store is fresh and smells great. Needed a bouquet this afternoon and someone there put together this gorgeous arrangement for just $45 in less than 10 minutes, couldn't believe it.

Popped into Ward's last week. I was visiting my son from out of town and wanted some greens to "build" a window box for Christmas. Katie was SO kind and helpful! Helped pick out greens, etc., and put together soil/stone for the filler. I love the finished product. This was my second time at Ward's, last was during my last visit in October, and I will certainly be back next time I'm in town. Everyone working there is so friendly and helpful Beautiful plants and reasonable prices. Penny, the beloved pooch, was delightful - a reason to visit - just to give her some pets! Thank you!

Wonderful service and excellent quality! Reached out the day before Valentine's and they fit me in with no issues and next day, early morning delivery. Amazing price for the top end quality. Will definitely visit again and strongly recommend!!!

What a wonderful experience it was collaborating with Katy on my daughters Bridal Shower flowers. I shared the invites we used and Wards nailed it, replicating the colors and flowers on the invites!!! We did a combination of table arrangements augmented with bud vases , an antique pressed glass pitcher for the bar and added tea tins filled with begonia for a bit of wimsy and a nod to The Wenham Tea House. They worked within my budget without judgement . I have to mention the delivery driver as well who waited for us to show up and then circled back to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! Thinks Chris!!
